Ms. Canfield is a senior associate with Lyons Gaddis Kahn Hall Jeffers Dworak & Grant, PC and is a member of the Business, Real Estate, and General Civil Litigation Practice Groups. Her practice includes all family law matters for divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, and post decree matters. In real estate, Ms. Canfield handles quiet title, partition, and other real estate litigation matters.
Prior to law school, Ms. Canfield worked for 14 years for a large land developer and builder in Boulder County and later worked for a local software company that grew into a large publicly traded company. Ms. Canfield returned to school for a law degree in 1999 and after graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Glowinsky, a former Judge for the Twentieth Judicial District of Colorado in Boulder.
In the Longmont community, Ms. Canfield has served on the board for ArtWalk in Longmont, the city of Longmont's Housing and Human Services Advisory Board, the board for the poverty initiative, RISE (Road to Independence, Security and Empowerment), and is currently serving on the board for V.A.L.E. (Victims and Witness Assistance and Law Enforcement) for the Twentieth Judicial District. In addition, Ms. Canfield provides low-cost legal assistance to people who wish to provide gifts to the Wildlife Animal Sanctuary as part of their estate planning.
Ms. Canfield is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association.
